Use Game Center to Play with Fris

Creating a Personalized Game Center Profile

Follow these steps to create a unique Memoji-based avatar and tlor your initials within your profile settings.

iPhone or iPad:

1. Access Settings.

2. Scroll down and click on Game Center.

3. Ensure Game Center is enabled; if not, turn it on and log in with your Apple ID.

4. Enter your preferred name under the Nickname field that fris will see when playing games together.

5. Customize your profile avatar by tapping Edit Avatar to create a Memoji or choose from existing ones. You can also customize how your initials are displayed.

Mac:

1. Navigate Settings and click on System Preferences.

2. Select Game Center.

3. If not already turned on, enable Game Center and sign in with your Apple ID.

4. Input your desired game nickname under the Nickname field and explore personalized avatar options by returning to Edit Avatar on your iPhone or iPad for additional customization.

Utilizing Your Game Center Profile

Game Center allows you to access saved games across all devices and find fris through your profile.

Adding Fris

Use Game Center to connect with fris:

1. Access Settings and navigate to Game Center on iPhoneiPad.

2. Tap Invite Fris.

3. Enter the phone number or eml address of someone you'd like to be fris with in Game Center, or choose a contact from your list.

On Mac:

1. Go to System Preferences, click Game Center, then view your profile by clicking Show Profile under Settings.

2. To view and manage fris' list:

   • Click Fris.

3. For inviting new fris:

   • Click the Invite Fris button.

   • Enter the phone number or eml address.

Managing Your Game Center Profile

Keep track of friships and report issues:

1. Access your Apple ID settings on iPhoneiPad or System Preferences on Mac to view Game Center options.

2. To manage fris, click Fris.

3. Swipe left next to a fri's name to reveal more actions like removing them as a fri or reporting the profile.

Removing Fris or Reporting User Issues

1. On iPhoneiPad:

   • Go to your Apple ID settings and navigate through Game Center.

   • Tap on Remove under their name to disconnect from someone in Game Center, affecting both your fri list and theirs.

   • To report inappropriate behavior or issues, use the Report option.

2. On Mac:

   • Click More button next to a fri's name for additional actions like removing them as a fri.

   • Report an issue by clicking Report User under their profile.
